Go before 9 AM. The orange cardamom scones have been known to change travel plans. Nadia is next door — literally next door, at 36 Main Street — and the smell reaches the lobby by 6:30. Her storefront and Lily & Bloom's at 38 Main Street form the most photographed block in NVC.

Kevin posts the location every morning at 7 AM on NVC socials. The food truck parks somewhere in the Quarter most weekdays. The broth is worth the walk, wherever it ends up.

The Nguyen family — the lobby arrangement is theirs, refreshed every Monday and Thursday. The garden arbor is theirs. If it's beautiful and alive in this neighborhood, they probably touched it. Walk-in bouquets available most days. Their sage green storefront and hand-lettered window sit right next to Nadia's Bakery — the most photographed block in NVC.

Nadia opened next door to The Wren House three years ago at 36 Main Street, and the neighborhood hasn't been the same since. The orange cardamom scones are famous for a reason, but the real draw is Nadia herself — she remembers every regular's order and most of their birthdays. The bakery is open Tuesday through Sunday, 6 AM to 2 PM. The line forms early on weekends. It moves fast. Her storefront sits beside Lily & Bloom at 38 Main Street — together they form the most photographed block in NVC.
